MXC Capital decided to partner with Stirling Grey to design, specify furniture and build their new office following a close-run pitching period. The project involved working with the sub-Landlord and main-Landlord which was time consuming and at times convoluted.

Detailed Landlord Approval packages were generated and close working relationships were adopted. This project included acoustic folding wall, feature ceiling details, shower and bathroom installation and full tea point. The full furniture package was designed and specified for MXC Capital by Stirling Grey. The end result is a classic, contemporary and timeless office space for the team at MXC to enjoy for years to come.
