Stirling Grey is responsible for all aspects of the fit-out of your new office and offer full project and site management. Every project we have undertaken has been delivered on time and within budget.

From the very beginning, your Stirling Grey designer is supported by a project manager to ensure that our team responsible for building your office have a detailed understanding of your needs and aspirations. Landlord and Statutory Approvals will be obtained by us on your behalf. We will also ensure that all your obligations under current Health & Safety legislation and the Equalities Act are fulfilled.

At Stirling Grey every member of our team is individually incentivised on all projects to deliver results in effective health and safety, quality of workmanship, defect-free handover, meeting deadlines and sticking to budgets. Client satisfaction is measured either verbally or impartially through our rigorous end-of-project questionnaire.
